Bryan Jon Miller, DMD, FAGD, born December 14, 1958, and, passed away on October 25, 2021, after a profoundly difficult battle against cancer. Bryan’s life was full, and he lived it each day as if it were a gift. He had a wit and drive that never stopped. Even through these most trying times, he always said, “It’s a bump in the road. Put your head down and keep pedaling”.
Bryan grew up in Dover, New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Biochemistry. Bryan then attended Boston University Dental School where he performed neuroscience research and completed the Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program.
He opened Homestead Park Family Dental in 1985 and began his 36-year career in general dentistry. Later, Dr. Miller relocated the practice to its current location and renamed it Meridian Dental Care where he practiced until he could no longer work. Bryan’s love for dentistry and his patients were evident by the huge involvement he had in the industry.
Beyond his passion for dentistry, he was an avid skier, golfer, cyclist, and racecar driver. He enjoyed brewing beer, making jewelry, good coffee, fine pastries, and family dinners. His contagious positivity made life happy.
